In an effort to embrace disability inclusion, the Township of Verona is employing a Disability Coordinator to conduct a needs assessment and develop and enact strategies to expand disability inclusion throughout the community. For the Needs Assessment, the Disability Coordinator will seek input from various township committees and constituents including, but not limited to, those living with disabilities, those who offer services to individuals with disabilities, and family members of individuals with disabilities to ensure that the efforts to expand disability inclusion adequately meet the needs of the community.
