What if we approached leadership and workplace design the way we approach designing for different learners? In this session, we’ll explore how Universal Design can help us rethink some of the everyday practices that shape our experience of work, from meetings and communication to feedback and collaboration. Drawing on examples from nonprofit leadership, creative reflection, and practical tools, we’ll consider how we can anticipate different needs, make room for different ways of working, and create environments where more people can thrive. We’ll also explore what it means to move beyond expecting individuals to adapt, thinking together about how we can create better conditions for working with and supporting one another.
