2nd Annual Convening of IHC Grantees

Join us at the annual in-person convening of the New Jersey Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) Program for a day filled with networking, learning and fun! This convening is open to grantees from Rounds 1, 2, and 3 of the IHC program and their partners.
The convening is hosted by the New Jersey Department of Disability Services and will be held on the Rutgers University New Brunswick campus from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. The convening is free but registration is needed for logistics and planning purposes.
